A restaurant chain needed to centralize orders coming from multiple channels (Uber Eats, PedidosYa, direct), keep menus in sync in real time and gain end-to-end operational visibility. We designed a 9-microservice architecture on Azure Kubernetes Service plus a restaurant portal and an internal academy LMS, all wired into a modern observability stack.
