About the role

At Reisp Solutions, we are looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Full Stack Developer to build and evolve enterprise applications, integrations, and AI solutions. You will work with .NET / ASP.NET Core and React, applying Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design to create maintainable solutions aligned with business needs. Your work will include API design, PostgreSQL data modeling, unit testing, and deployments to Kubernetes and Azure. You will also develop features powered by LLMs and AI agents, including tool and data source integration, information retrieval, and result evaluation. We are looking for someone who can take a feature from requirements through production, contribute to code reviews, and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues. Senior candidates should also demonstrate sound architectural judgment, mentor teammates, and lead technical initiatives. This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

Develop APIs and services with .NET / ASP.NET Core using Clean Architecture, DDD, and SOLID principles.
Build interfaces with React and TypeScript, including forms, API integration, and state management.
Model data in PostgreSQL and optimize queries, indexes, and data access with Entity Framework Core.
Design and maintain unit and integration tests that validate business rules and meaningful behaviors.
Build containers and configure application deployments, resources, and diagnostics in Kubernetes.
Implement and operate solution components in Azure.
Develop LLM and AI agent integrations, including tool use, RAG, and structured outputs.
Evaluate AI features for output quality, latency, cost, and data handling.
Contribute to code reviews and technical decisions, documenting relevant reasoning.
Investigate and resolve defects, performance issues, and incidents across environments.
Collaborate with QA and project management to estimate, develop, and deliver features.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional software development experience, with autonomy appropriate to a Mid-Level or Senior role.
Proficiency in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection.
Experience applying Clean Architecture and DDD, including separation of concerns, entities, value objects, and aggregates.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building interfaces and managing state, forms, and API communication.
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, relational modeling, transactions, indexes, and Entity Framework Core.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, services, configuration, probes, resources, and troubleshooting.
Experience developing and deploying solutions in Azure.
Proficiency in .NET unit testing with xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest, including dependency isolation and meaningful test case selection.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and building AI agents with tools, context management, and result validation.
Working knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector search.
Experience with Git, code reviews, and continuous integration and deployment.
Ability to analyze requirements, communicate technical decisions, and work independently in a remote environment.
For Senior candidates: experience making architectural decisions, mentoring developers, and resolving complex production issues.

Nice to have

Experience with Helm, Argo CD, and GitOps workflows.
Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with pgvector and RAG system evaluation.
Experience with Semantic Kernel, Microsoft.Extensions.AI, or other AI integration frameworks and SDKs.
Knowledge of Redis, messaging, background processing, and idempotency.
Experience with observability, distributed tracing, and OpenTelemetry.
Experience with Vitest, React Testing Library, and Playwright.
Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications.
Intermediate or advanced English for technical documentation and communication.
