About the role

As a Project Lead you'll be the bridge between the client, the delivery team and leadership. You'll own scope, risks, communication and the continuous delivery of one or more production software initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution and closure of projects (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) with distributed teams of 4–10 people.
Own communication with client stakeholders and translate their needs into stories, SLAs and roadmap.
Track progress, risks and delivery KPIs, anticipating blockers before they impact the product.
Coordinate product, engineering, QA and DevOps to guarantee stable releases.
Manage budget, timelines and scope, documenting changes and key decisions.

Requirements

5+ years leading B2B or SaaS software delivery with multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Linear or similar.
Ability to dive into technical detail with engineering and speak business language with the client.
Conversational and written English (B2 or higher).
Metrics-driven mindset focused on delivery and risk management.

Nice to have

Scrum Master, PMP or equivalent certifications.
Previous experience in a software factory or consulting firm.
Background in fintech, foodtech, health or retail products.
